This data helps us understand how visitors use our site, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and improve our services. The information we collect automatically may include:

We by default show your profile with our partner employers whom we reasonably believe align with your professional experience and interests

We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information

- AI-Powered Conversations: We use AI services from OpenAI and Anthropic to conduct conversational interviews with candidates to understand your job preferences and qualifications.
- Matching Algorithm: Our AI analyzes your profile, preferences, and conversations to match you with suitable job opportunities.
- Data Processing by AI Providers: Your conversations, profile information, and preferences are processed by OpenAI and Anthropic to provide our matching services.
- Human Oversight: AI-generated insights and recommendations do not replace human decision-making. Employers make all final hiring decisions
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Do not share protected health information (PHI) or sensitive personal medical information during conversations with our AI recruiter. Our platform matches employment opportunities and does not need or collect your personal health data.

We use cookies and similar technologies on our website, including:
